• Check electrical (disconnects, fuses, contacts, relays, controls)
• Check thermostat timers
• Check cooling and heating systems
• Check belts
• Change filters
• Check evaporator and condenser coils
• Written service recommendations

Rooftop unit preventative maintenance includes

• Air filter replacement
• Check heating and cooling operation
• Control panel inspection
• Check for proper condensation drainage
• Inspection of heating and cooling coils
• Lubricate motors
• Written service recommendations

Additional services will be performed at an additional rate per hour upon customer approval.
